Pan Happy Company (Green Retailing) welcomes you to join us as a Digital Marketing Executive (Full-time) supporting Pan Happy’s customers in Vietnam and internationally.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, we hope you have a keen interest and continuous curiosity about scientific lifestyles, nutrition, and the latest global health research. This role offers you the opportunity to become a digital marketing expert, skilled in strategic planning, customer engagement, and creative content development. The essential skills you’ll develop include Writing– Understanding – Empathizing – Dedicated Support.

In this position, you’ll proactively contribute to long-term business growth by researching, understanding, and effectively communicating to customers through different types of content . Your efforts will drive meaningful engagement, enhance brand awareness, and achieve marketing performance goals for yourself, your team, and the entire organization. 

 

Job Description

  • Planning and KPI formulation, execution, operation, and results analysis for all digital marketing activities. 
  • Operate Pan Happy's accounts on different platforms with high quality contents that are helpful, inspiring and up-to-date in the Nutrition, Health and related topics. Facebook is the main account. 
  • Follow closely and make everything possible with Sales Department to achieve daily revenue and long-term business results. 
  • Plan for events, campagnes and creative activities with Sales Department to ensure the achievement of targets. 
  • Take photos, design and prepare marketing materials.

Required qualifications

  • Share Pan Happys (GR)'s philisophy at work. 
  • Honest, active, positive and responsible. 
  • Work with a mindset of a business leader with ownership and self-respect.  
  • Experience in planning, executing, analyzing social media accounts and especially content writing on different social platform, but mainly Facebook. 
  • Understand howo to run social media campaigns. 
  • Having interest in building long-term sustainable branding strategies for the company.
  • Having basic photography and design skills. 
  • Experience or interest in Nutrition/Health is a plus. 

ABOUT THE POSITION

1. Position Details & Benefits

  • Position: Digital Marketing Executive
  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Starting from 10,000,000 VND.
  • Total Income (including allowances and performance bonuses): 13,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND. 
  • Insurance: Full coverage according to Labor laws.
  • Training is provided. 
  • Career Advancement: Opportunities for promotions to Leader or Manager position. 
  • Travel Opportunities: Domestic and international travel to meet key partners and develop professional expertise.
  • Probation Period: 2 months (85% of salary).

2. Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, one day off per week, total 48 hours. Remote work is permitted once competency is proven and approved by management.
  • Timing: 8:30 - 17:30 (1 hour break).
  • Office location: Park 7, Vinhomes Central Park, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
